'Twas the Night Before Homeschool
'Twas the night before homeschool
And all through the house
Not a mother was sleeping
Yet, rest did her spouse
Her ideas kept swirling
Her brain was abuzz
Morning time would be awesome
As sweet as peach fuzz
Lesson plans had she drawn up
Many books had she bought
Her class calendar hung
Aside printables wrought
Children to educate
Young minds to shape
Never before had she
Felt such a weight
Lest the 'morrow fatigue
For the culmination of
Her plans and her dreams
